Matching entrepreneurial talent with technology, coaching and financially supporting them to realize a project with real social impact. The Social Entrepreneurship Program supports student projects in the field of social innovation and social entrepreneurship at RWTH Aachen University and FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences that have a real social impact. The funding focus is on downstripping high-tech, i.e. simplifying and applying technologies from the university environment for non-profit purposes in Germany, Europe and the world.
Individual projects are funded with up to €12,000 (over a maximum of two funding periods), depending on the registered need. The total project volume is €100,000 p.a.
