Requirements
The award is open to current QMUL students and graduates who completed their degree less than three years ago. If applying as a team, the lead applicant must meet this requirement. Students currently on a Student visa are not eligible to apply.
General information
The Grow It award offers to £5,000 to help registered, trading businesses take their next step.
This award is for QMUL students and recent graduates (3 years) who already have a business with paying customers — whether you are a sole trader, running a limited company, or leading a social enterprise. If you have validated your idea in the real world and have a clear plan for what funding would change, this award is for you.
Strong applicants may also be invited to represent QMUL at London Demo Day, a showcase of the best student and graduate startups from London's leading universities, in front of investors and partners.
