Requirements
Targeted at: Employees holding managerial positions in an SME involved in the SME's digitization process.
That is legally incorporated in any of the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Germany, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, Uruguay, and the United States of America.
Other requirements:
- Be an SME registered in the above mentioned territory.
- Be an employee in a managerial position in the SME.
- SME with an annual turnover within the ranges stipulated per country in the terms and conditions of the programme.
General information
Santander X, in collaboration with IE University, offers 3,000 spots for the program, SANTANDER X TRAINING | DIGITALISE YOUR BUSINESS, a series of learning pathways related to managerial skills, business areas, and technology aimed at fostering the digital transformation of SMEs.
The pathways, designed by IE professors, last approximately 12 hours and provide a virtual environment with unlimited access to pedagogical resources in various formats such as interactive tutorials, videos, expert interviews, trend articles, podcasts, tests, etc.
The subjects of the pathways will cover topics such as:
- Data-driven decision-making
- Big data
- Cybersecurity
- Digital strategy and marketing
- SEO, SEM, Social Media
- Digital competencies
- E-commerce business models
- Steps necessary to internationalize your digital business
- Agile methodologies
- Machine Learning
- The Internet of Things (IoT)
Additionally, there will be webinars to complement the training provided by IE University's Digital Transformation professors with the following content:
- Best Practices in Digital Transformation: Involving 3 to 5 SMEs along with an IE University professor.
- Best Practices in Digital Marketing and E-commerce: With the participation of 3 to 5 SMEs along with an IE University professor.
The online program will be in Spanish with subtitles available in two (2) other languages: English and Portuguese. The webinar will be in English with possible translation.
The program is scheduled to take place between July 3, 2024, and October 2, 2024, with the two webinars occurring between October 3, 2024, and October 17, 2024.
IMPORTANT:
- All communications from IE University will be conducted in English.
- The scholarship is non-transferable, even within the organization. Therefore, it is crucial that the personal details (e.g., full name, email address, etc.) belong to the individual who will be participating in the program. All the contact information provided during the application process will be the only means through which communications will be sent and will be used to access the program.
