Requirements
To be eligible to participate as a mentee, applicants must:
- Be a female founder, owner or majority shareholder of a business.
- The business must be registered in the UK and actively trading for a minimum of 18 months.
- Be a Santander business customer or willing to become one.
Mindset & Commitment:
Applicants should be prepared to take responsibility for business progress, embrace mentorship feedback and challenge, and demonstrate a clear ambition to grow their business (e.g., expand their team, increase sales or broaden networks).

The Santander Women Business Leaders’ Mentoring Programme supports ambitious female founders and business owners ready to scale their businesses and strengthen their leadership.

As a mentee, you will be matched with a business owner or an experienced business leader who will provide strategic guidance, challenge your thinking and help you define clear growth priorities.
