- Experience in running or owning a business; or significant leadership experience within a corporate context.
- Understanding of small and medium-sized enterprise dynamics.
- A commitment to share insights, provide guidance, and be a positive role model.
- Strong communication and listening skills, discretion and reliability.
- Willingness to complete mentor training.
